“I protect and call back my energy from people and places i’ve left it… from people and places that have borrowed it. I ask that the energy that I have picked up, that is not mine, be released and returned to its original sender. I call back to me all the the energy that is not reciprocated so that I can use it for my own creation.”

dear society —
you can try it,
but we ain’t buying it.

— signed, the people.

my practice is devoted to connecting people to relying on their inner wisdom and experience true liberation. society has deemed it appropriate to place blame on folx for their experiences / outcomes without acknowledging any of the oppressive societal norms designed deliberately to cause harm.

stop the gaslighting
+
the victim blaming

the mission of my practice is to support folx in unlearning this narrative. i aim to work in collaboration with folx to disconnect themselves from all the oppressive bullshit designed limit their success. we can dismantle this narrative inside us that wasn’t created by us.

we will amplify our voices.

we will take BACK our right to our own identities.

frequently asked questions

what type of therapy techniques do you use?

i have an eclectic approach to therapy. i want to honor and tailor my practice to fit YOU rather than trying to make you fit into a box that wasn't designed for you. my goal is to help amplify your voice. you are worthy of and have a right to creating your own narrative and the space to share it.

do you offer in-person sessions?

given the unpredictability of COVID and other illnesses floating around, i am seeing clients virtually only. it is possible that this may change in the future. i would encourage you to check back once in a while (or subscribe to my newsletter) for updates.

do you accept insurance?

i am in-network with some forms of medicaid. I do not take private insurance. superbills will be provided each session & can be given to your insurance for full/partial reimbursement. sliding scale slots are limited & i prioritize BIPOC & LGBTQIA folx so that mental health care is more accessible as it damn well should be.
