group offerings 〰️
i currently offer one group.
please take a few moments to read over the group description(s) to identify which group best aligns with your identity.
quick note: if you are not a current client of mine or have not engaged in either group offering within the past 6 months, you will complete a brief assessment where you will be asked about your identity, current engagement in therapy, and share any current/ongoing safety concerns to determine how to best support you in a group setting.
tending to our seeds
-
In this closed group gathering, we hold a container to share our love and fear for our beautiful humans. As we continue to witness the systemic harm of Western culture—which some of us have our own direct lived experience with—we will learn to tend not only to our seeds, but to our own internal garden.
This space is created for all caregivers navigating the beautiful and complex journey of raising Black, Brown, and mixed-heritage children. Grounded in radical inclusivity, this space welcomes all caregivers across the gender spectrum.
Because we center the child’s identity and lived experience, this circle is open to any guardian holding space for a melanated child, including multiracial families, transracial adoption, and foster care. Together, we will navigate generational healing, look honestly at our own caregiver wounds, share resources, and build deep communal resilience.
-
You may be a good fit for tending to our seeds if the follow apply:
You are actively raising a Black, Brown, or mixed-heritage child.
You want a space to process both the love and the fear that comes with protecting your children from systemic harm.
You are ready to look inward and tend to your own internal growth edges alongside other parents.
You can commit to showing up consistently for the safety of the group.
